Hola, hace varios dias que se me está reiniciando mi motorola charm y no se porqué. Le reinstalé la rom que viene de fábrica y no le puse ninguna aplicación extra y le extraje la sd pero igual pasa un rato y se me reinicia nuevamente.A veces veo mis contáctos y se reinicia o lo dejo encima de mi escritorio y mientras duermo se me reinicia.

Le instalé el alogcat y le filtré solamente los errores y me arrojó lo siguiente:

Hiciste Wipe data? o una Restauracion de valores?

Bueno, el wipe data no era necesario porque le deje la rom de fábrica sin instalarle nada, asi que hacerle un wipe hubiera quedaddo exactamente igual, si le hize un wipe a la partición principal desde el menú de recuperación.

En el caso de que fuera hardware como puedo saber que es? no tendrá algo que ver la batería? ya que en el log estube viendo que aparece algo sobre la batería pero no se interpretarlo bién porque son muchas cosas las que aparecen.

jajajaja yo digo que se reinició después de pasar unas 4 horas después del wipe, no cuando hubo acabado de limpiar xD

He hecho todo lo que me han indicado, he abierto mi motorola y a causa de eso he roto la parte lateral del teclado, pero aun funciona, lo he secado muy bien cada pieza, lo he vuelto a armar y funciona bién pero sigue reiniciandose :-/

Que podrá ser o como puedo diagnosticar que está sucediendo? parece una tarea imposible xD creo que el año que viene tendré que comprarme otro cel

Solucionado, gracias a todos. El problema ers del chip de telefónica, andaba mal y android no era capaz de reaccionar adecuadamente cuando alguien extrae la sim card con el equipo funcionando y por ende se reinicia. Cambié de chip y asunto solucionado.
